QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of Canadian payroll processing experience
• Strong working knowledge of Canadian payroll practices; and relevant legislation (e.g., income tax; employment standards, etc.) is required.
• Strong proficiency with Dayforce.
• Ability to identify, investigate and resolve payroll related issues.
• Strong verbal and written skills with ability to connect with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to be a critical thinker and solutions-oriented when tackling problems.
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task while managing competing priorities timely and accurately.
• Resourceful self-starter who can work independently (with little supervision) while understanding the importance of teamwork.
