Job Description Do you have a passion for Payroll and processes, that can seamlessly support both global and local operations? 'The role is offered on a fixed term of 2 years' Core Responsibilities Deliver consistent service to all the customers of the Business Support Organization. Run and validate payroll in an outsource model. Carry out regular daily operations leading to ensuring accurate and timely execution of payroll within own scope. Perform reconciliations and controls in regular payroll processes. Support manager in coordination and help towards colleagues in the team. With occasional supervision, tasks are assigned with some explanation. More independently solving medium tasks with low level of support. Participate and/or drive Process initiatives and projects. Further Payroll Team related task according to instructions from Manager. Maintain strong and positive relationships with external providers and vendors in order to secure high quality payroll processing. Cooperate with colleagues in teams to secure continuous execution of tasks and delivery. Challenge the process and identify areas for improvement with striving to achieve maximum effectiveness and precision of the payroll process. To form new collaborative relationship with stakeholders and thereby ensure sustainable implementation of the global processes. Use and implement best practice from within own defined country scope across further EMEA areas under the team’s responsibilities. Do you have what it takes? 3-5 years of relevant professional working experience with Payroll processes (either as Payroll administrator or Payroll processor). Understanding of legislation and tax rules in the area of Payroll Experience with German payroll an advantage Experience with Payroll Systems including UKG Microsoft Office experience Excel advanced - (Intermediate required but advanced preferred) Experience from Shared Service or a Payroll Provider Team player with proactive approach #EL - LI1 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
