Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Global Payroll team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day payroll services for local country engagements, ensuring compliance with the company's specific policies, regulations, and processes. Additionally, the Payroll Specialist will be responsible for producing timely, accurate, and high-quality payroll outputs that adhere to prevailing local statutory regulations and compensation details. Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities Acts as a subject matter expert in the area of payroll processing. Reviews, analyzes, and verifies payroll reports and documents against the company’s instructions and inputs to ensure agreed SLAs are achieved. Maintains documentation of current process/pay policies and incorporates any updates in the documentation as necessary. Escalates and analyzes identified issues and concerns to the Payroll Operate manager for timely resolution. Assesses identified issues and creates root cause analysis documentation to assist in investigating and resolving common and recurring issues. Supports selected manual payroll process improvement initiatives to streamline processes toward system implementations. What you need to have: Bachelor’s degree in human resources/accountancy/finance-related discipline. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a shared services/global Payroll. Must have exposure to shared services and end-to-end payroll processing along with payroll system implementation or transition experience. Proficient in MS Office tools. Knowledge of payroll principles, practices, regulations, and procedures.
