Your tasks

• You will be responsible for the monthly payroll processing for a fixed client base and ensure correct and timely processing.
• In this role, you will be a competent contact person for your clients regarding questions relating to income tax and social security law.
• You regularly create statistics and personnel evaluations and present relevant information clearly for your clients.
• Furthermore, you will communicate with social security institutions, authorities and other external contacts and take care of the necessary correspondence.
• As a dedicated contact person, you will provide service-oriented support to your clients and assist them with all matters relating to payroll accounting.
• Through close and targeted collaboration with your colleagues, you ensure reliable processing of mandates and contribute to a high level of service quality.

This is what you bring with you

• Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax clerk.
• Further training as a payroll accountant or HR specialist is desirable.
• Relevant professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally in a tax office.
• Good to very good knowledge of income tax and social security law
• Very good knowledge of DATEV
• Safe use of Microsoft Office
• Experience in independently managing clients is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• High reliability and conscientiousness
