Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, maintaining payroll records, and providing support to the HR department. Key Responsibilities: - Process payroll for all employees, including salary, overtime, bonuses, and other types of compensation - Ensure accuracy of payroll data, including hours worked, deductions, and taxes - Review and reconcile payroll reports to identify and resolve any discrepancies - Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies - Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll operations - Keep all payroll information confidential and secure Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - 1+ year of experience in payroll processing - Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other payroll software programs - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong time management and organizational skills - Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
