Coordinate various compensation-related activities to ensure that the organization’s payroll is processed accurately and on time. Processes the organization's payroll accurately and on time. Activities may include; accounting, distributing and preparing payments, benefits, taxes, and payroll deductions, calculating overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, and bonuses, maintaining payroll records. Your main responsibilities are as follows: Processing of monthly payroll for India entities. Represent finance payroll portfolio. Collecting payroll inputs, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information in the system. Validation of Employee Full & Final settlement & payment and ensuring pay-out within timelines Support and assist continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems. Manage payroll queries and ensure timely responses Manage employee expense report payments Financial accounting of payroll expenses and take care of related accounting requirements and processing payments, benefits, taxes, and payroll deductions, overtime, shift payments, incentives / bonuses, maintaining payroll records. Reconciliation of payroll accounts Statutory compliances related to payroll eg PF/Grauity/Superannuation etc. Handling payroll audits and compliances Answer questions from employees and supervisors regarding payroll matters. About You You should be a M.Com. / MBA Finance or other qualification and having Finance background with good knowledge of payroll function. You should have at least 10 years' work experience within Finance Payroll Function. Additional qualification in accounting section will be added advantage. Having Strong and relevant work experience of payroll processing within corporate finance function at reputed MNC. Preference is given to a right talent and potential with an utmost focus on diversity and inclusion. You must possess great functional / behavioral competence that includes and not limited up to: Excellent command on MS office- excel & PPT Excellent Planning and organizing skills, Good in Time management, Good in written and oral communication Good Team Player. Good in Data Analytics and MIS Quick Learner Your Reporting: This position reports to a Team Lead within Corporate Finance.
