Join us on this exciting journey of growth and innovation! Oversee the entire payroll process for all employees, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and end-of-service payments. Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with Operations teams to validate attendance, leaves and shift schedules before payroll processing. Collaborate with Finance departments to ensure accurate data integration and alignment. Maintain updated employee records, including new hires, resignations, promotions, transfers, and contract updates in the payroll system. Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide timely resolution of any discrepancies. Continuously monitor changes in payroll legislation and update internal policies accordingly. Recommend improvements to payroll processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Experience with high-volume payroll environments across multiple locations. Strong knowledge of payroll systems. Solid understanding of local labor laws, taxation, and social insurance requirements. Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Strong communication and leadership skills.
