Job Description: Job Type: Full-Time Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 times a week in Ayala Avenue, Makati Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to join our team as a Payroll and Timekeeping Support Specialist. In this role, you will support payroll processing, timekeeping management, and financial data accuracy to ensure employees are compensated correctly and on time. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Onboarding and Credentialing, Talent Management, and Project Management to deliver efficient and accurate payroll and employee support services. Key Responsibilities Process work order acceptances for onboarded employees, including data entry (Rate, Sales Tax, etc.) Support payroll and timekeeping administration for assigned clients Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to address and resolve employee issues and concerns efficiently Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial and payroll-related reports for assigned clients Respond to employee inquiries received through ticketing systems and email; manage shared Outlook mailboxes Use various client systems and tools to support onboarding and screening while maintaining accurate employee data, including background information, pay, bonuses, and other compensation details. Manage multiple client accounts and track assigned talent headcount accurately Deliver excellent employee and client support to ensure a positive stakeholder experience Stay up to date with payroll regulations, state tax requirements, and industry best practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred At least 1 year of experience in payroll, timekeeping, or financial data management Familiarity with MS Outlook, Bullhorn, Fieldglass, or similar workforce/ticketing systems is a plus Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and effective in problem-solving Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Willing to work onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati three (3) days per week Why Join Us Fixed Night Shift + Weekends Off Competitive Salary + Monthly Incentives HMO Coverage Fun, fast-paced, high-performance culture If you are a motivated professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for payroll and employee support operations, we encourage you to apply today.
