RH is seeking a customer-centric and detail-oriented Payroll Support Associate to join our team on a temporary assignment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, and capable of handling sensitive information with accuracy and efficiency.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years in payroll administration, HR, or a related field
  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g.UKG, Dayforce) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Google applications
  • Accurately process and review payroll data
  • Balance multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great phone and customer service skills
  • Strong understanding of payroll confidentiality and data protection policies

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • This role requires an in-office presence Monday - Friday at our headquarters, based in Corte Madera, CA.
  • Some work outside of business hours due to payroll processing periods
    This is a temporary role, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll mails and documents daily.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee garnishments, pay adjustments, and tax documents
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding general payroll-related matters
  • Assist with new hire payroll setup and team member terminations
  • Generate payroll reports for internal and external use
  • Support audits by gathering necessary payroll records and documentation
  • Collaborate with People and IT partners to resolve payroll record discrepancies
  • Consistently maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information at all times
