Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of the Chief, Finance Hub and direct supervision of the Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME), the Payroll System Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance, enhancements, streamlining and simplifications of global common Payroll functions in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application by working closely with Information and Communications Technology (ICT).  In general, the incumbent is responsible for standardization of payroll processes, improving financial controls, enhancing reporting and compliance needs, reducing costs and errors in the areas of global payroll processing. 
Responsibilities
The Payroll System Specialist is responsible for the maintenance, enhancement, and streamlining of global payroll functions within the ERP application. They will work closely with ICT to standardize processes, improve financial controls, and ensure compliance across global payroll operations.
