Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to lead our payroll function. In this full-time role (40 hours per week), you will oversee the end-to-end payroll process for our organisation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. You will also supervise one other payroll team member, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process the organisation’s payroll in accordance with relevant legislation and internal policies
  • Support one payroll administrator, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
  • Ensure compliance with tax, superannuation, and employment regulations
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting using Datapay and Humanforce
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy
