Description

In this role you'll: * Lead, coach, and develop a multi‑country payroll team. * Oversee end‑to‑end payroll delivery ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. * Manage workload distribution, priorities, and adherence to payroll calendars and SLAs. * Drive process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement. * Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and regional teams. * Support internal and external payroll audits and maintain strong control frameworks. * Resolve complex payroll issues and escalate critical risks when needed. What's needed: * 7+ years of payroll experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. * Strong hands‑on expertise in multi‑country payroll operations. * Advanced knowledge of SAP Payroll and SAP Time Management. * Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency. * Solid understanding of payroll controls, compliance, and risk management. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Advanced English and German language proficiency.
