POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Payroll Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is a meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented individual who will manage payroll for all our employees.
Although we are an international company, this position is dedicated to managing payroll for our Canadian operations. This presents a unique and exciting set of challenges! You will be responsible for handling payroll for workers from different sectors and various unions, while ensuring compliance with the tax laws and labor standards that vary from one province to another.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in payroll processing, ideally with the ADP system.
Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, is essential.
Manage the complete weekly payroll cycle using the ADP system.
Process timesheets from different systems (Info-punch, FDT, VeriClock).
