  • IT skills, with some experience of Microsoft Excel and Outlook desirable

Responsibilities
  • In this role, you will be enrolled into a 15-18 month Payroll Apprenticeship programme with an external learning provider. This is fully paid for by Forvis Mazars and you will achieve a Level 3 Payroll Administrator qualification by the end of the programme.
  • You will be 1 of 4 trainees and will spend time learning within your group, as well as on the job training within an assigned team
  • Around 6 months into your journey, you will begin to receive a small assignment of client payrolls to develop your client relationship skills and independently managing a portfolio
  • No experience of payroll or pension is required
  • Some experience of providing good customer service is desirable
  • Upon completion of the apprenticeship, you will become a Payroll Administrator within our payroll services team.
  • You can be based from Birmingham or Manchester and you must attend the office in-person a minimum of 2 days per week
