As a dynamic and energetic professional, the Payroll Vendor Relationship Manager will own the collaboration with external Payroll partners. What you bring Experience: Proficient in vendor management Global Payroll Expertise: Expertise in international payroll practices and compliance requirements. Project Management Proficiency: Manage complex projects from planning to execution. Negotiation Skills: Effectively negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements. Problem-Solving Abilities: Identify and address challenges in vendor management processes. Leadership Potential: Ability to lead project teams and guide junior staff. Key Responsibilities Vendor Evaluation: Lead the evaluation and selection of vendors, aligning with strategic business goals. Project Leadership: Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful execution. Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor KPIs to assess vendor performance and service quality. Cost Optimization: Implement solutions to reduce costs and improve vendor service efficiency. Technology Integration: Support the integration of technology solutions to enhance vendor management processes.
