Lotte Shopping, a leading retail company in Korea, has established an International Headquarters (iHQ) in Singapore to expand its presence in the global market. The company aims to drive the growth of its global business through strategic direction setting and business operations support. This includes supporting retail operations (shopping malls, department stores, and hypermarkets) in Southeast Asia, expanding the export of private brand (PB) products, and broadening its retail business through new global ventures (such as sourcing). Our goal is to continuously discover new business opportunities, build global partnerships, and increase investments in the long term. The iHQ will play a key role in facilitating these strategic initiatives and supporting the global expansions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of international trade practices and terms (International commercial terms)
• Understanding of products sourcing and PB product export processes
• Experience in managing global partner networks for sourcing PB products
• Experience in overseas export and market business expansion
• Experience in PB product export or consulting
• Experience in global business, overseas trade, or participation in international activities
• Experience in managing overseas markets or global supply chains
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop product strategies
• Understanding of E-commerce (including onine sales) and managing projects
• Proficiency in English or a secound language (Chinese or other languages) for communicatioin with partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams

• Manage the export of PB products such as UHT milk, meal-kit, snacks, and processed foods to on/offline channels domestically (mart, K7, etc) and internationally
• Secure export channels through countries as Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, and others in Southeast Asia, while expanding realtionships with local partners
• Focus on joint buying (through joint purchasing), analyze global market trends, and execute strategies for regional sales channels
• Develop and manage high-quality global products, manage export channels, and execute business strategies in regions with competitive market capabilities
