Description

Responsible for identifying optimization issues and opportunities, researching and communicating with all levels of staff. Responsible for assisting senior management in identifying and analyzing options for efficiency in revenue maximization. Also assists with initiatives implementation and rollout from Revenue Cycle perspective. Perform other Revenue Cycle and coding duties as assigned. Education Bachelor's Degree Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required Experience 2 years experience in medical practice and physician coding, including demonstrated knowledge of medical billing, ICD-10 coding, and reimbursement practices. Required Licenses Certified Coding Specialist Required or Certified Professional Coder Required
