REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
CVS Health has an exciting opportunity to join our PBM Customer Reporting group as a Manager, within the ECD Reporting team. CVS Health strives to continuously innovate around how we report and analyze data to deliver enhanced insights, improved operational efficiency, and outstanding customer service.
You will be responsible for standard and ad-hoc client and regulatory reporting. You will continuously improve quality control and accuracy of reported data, increase reporting efficiency, and look for ways to further automate Compliance Pharmacy Payments reporting activities. You will mentor teammates on technical and business aspects of the reporting.
You will report to the Sr. Reporting Manager within the PBM Reporting team.
To be successful in this role, you need to be a self-starter, who enjoys working on difficult problems in a fast-paced environment, who has proven technical skills, solid relationship building and communication skills, and strong drive for fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
