People Business Partner Subject Matter Expert You will bring: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field Excellent analytical and presentation skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office Minimum 8 years of demonstrable experience in HR/People Function. Prior experience in a people management or leadership role Understanding of compliance and country labor laws of the country part of the geography Human Resources and Disciplines Knowledge Excellent articulation and communication skills, persuading & influencing, proactive, delivering results & able towork in tight deadlines Fluency in English language Strong experience in Labor Law and Unions/Work Council Matters and relationships The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
