KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of relevant HR experience in generalist areas including employee relations, training and development, coaching, change management, recruiting etc.
  • Demonstrated business acumen
  • Verifiable track record of success partnering with senior managers, serving as a credible and trusted source
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; demonstrated influence and diplomacy at all levels
  • Strong communication skills; ability to build / maintain strong internal and external partnerships
  • Experience working collaboratively in a retail environment, with flexible schedule available to include holidays and weekends
  • Comfort working in various systems (Previous experience with Cherwell, Oracle, G-suite is a plus)

Under the direction of the Manager, People Business Partner, the HR Specialist will serve as the expert for the employee talent lifecycle and support the People Strategy in the New York Flagship. You will closely collaborate with the Managers, People Business Partners and Store Leadership to develop and support the location’s Associates.
