Description As a PBX Phone Operator, you’re the voice of the hotel — the first impression and a vital link between guests, departments, and the outside world. You’ll handle all incoming calls with warmth and professionalism, connecting guests with the right people and information quickly and accurately. With a calm and confident tone, you’ll provide exceptional service that reflects our commitment to creating incredible experiences every time. WHAT YOU’LL DO Answer and direct all incoming calls promptly, courteously, and efficiently. Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Handle guest requests, messages, and wake-up calls with accuracy and attention to detail. Communicate clearly and professionally with all departments to ensure guest needs are met quickly. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Monitor emergency systems and follow established procedures during urgent or unusual situations. Record and relay maintenance and housekeeping requests as needed. Support front office operations by assisting with guest inquiries and special requests. Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel. WHAT YOU BRING Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a hotel front office preferred. Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette skills. Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others.
