About the Role: We are seeking 5 PC imaging and Deployment techs t to join our dynamic Information Technology team. This role is essential for maintaining our IT operations’ efficiency and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills and experience necessary to perform computer imaging, data transfers, application installations, and troubleshoot a variety of software and imaging-related issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer support or a related field.
• Proficiency in imaging software and understanding of imaging processes.
• Experience with data transfer techniques and troubleshooting related issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software installation and imaging problems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with team members and other departments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Perform imaging of computers to prepare them for deployment.
• Transfer data from old systems to new systems, ensuring integrity and accessibility.
• Install and configure software applications according to company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer imaging, data transfer, and software installations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users during the imaging and deployment process.
• Document processes and maintain logs of issues and resolutions.
