  • Curriculum Innovation: Work closely with employers and industry experts to ensure our curriculum meets current and future sector needs. Draw on your own industry experience to enrich programme content and student learning.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Faculty to contribute to business planning and curriculum timetabling. Ensure efficient use of resources and a high-quality student experience across all programmes.

  • Research & Scholarship: Engage in applied research and scholarly activity that supports the College’s academic development and enhances your own professional practice.
  • Cross-Sector Collaboration: Navigate a range of funding streams and work across both further and higher education to ensure seamless learner progression.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator and leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering outstanding learning experiences.
