• Interacting with the Business (i.e. engineering, operations, etc.) to understand lab requirements
• Managing and maintaining computer lab equipment and software
• Providing technical support and guidance
• Setting up and configuring new computer systems
• Monitoring computer systems
• Diagnosing and resolving issues
• Updating and installing software
• Enforcing lab rules and regulations
• Conducting routine inspections and performance tests
• Assisting in training users
  Documenting and reporting

Experience:

• Network technology/PC technology.: 5 years (preferred)
• Setting up and configuring new computer systems: 5 years (preferred)
