REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or similar field.
  • Team leader experience
  • 5+ years of active experience with Windows PC Setups, software installation, PC troubleshooting
  • Expert in Windows 11
  • Expert in M365
  • Expert in Microsoft Azure environment, incl. Company Portal software distribution
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Multi-Factor authentication (MFA)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow as order and incident management solution
  • Familiarity with HP Windows PC Hardware
  • Familiarity with UPS shipping process
  • Customer oriented with good communication skills
  • Must show attention to detail and reliability
  • Basic data analysis / MS Excel skills
    Experience with Microsoft PowerBI for KPI reporting is desired

Responsibilities

DUTIES

  • Team Management responsibility of the on-site team providing the PC Lifecycle Service, including:
  • Manage capacity of PC Lifecycle on-site team in APH T
  • Manage quality assurance of all delivered work as part of the PC Lifecycle Service
  • Responsible for KPI reporting
  • Single point of contact for Client IT Service Management
  • Ensure the on-site team follows all agreed procedures and work level instructions
  • Technical work as Windows 11 installation technician for
  • New PC setup (Windows 11, M365, MS MFA, Data Transfer, additional software installation)
  • Recovery of returned PCs (cleaning, minor repairs, asset management)
  • Inventory management of returned PCs and newly ordered PCs
  • Facilitation of PC repairs of returned PCs where needed and in alignment with PC Lifecycle Service guidelines (warranty repairs via HP)
  • End of life processing of PCs at the end of lease / lifecycle in alignment with PC Lifecycle Service guidelines (return of hardware to HP)
  • User interaction during PC setup / redeployment / retirement
