Job Summary We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide essential support and meaningful companionship to clients in their homes. Full-time and part-time positions are available. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the client's quality of life by assisting with personal care, household tasks, and providing much-needed social engagement. Key Responsibilities Daily Routine Support: Assist with "Activities of Daily Living" (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene. Meal Support: Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to client preferences and dietary needs. Provide medication reminders as directed. Home Management: Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a tidy environment. Community Access: Provide transportation for grocery shopping, errands, and medical appointments. and social outings. Social Engagement: Offer meaningful companionship, engaging clients in conversation, reading, and recreational activities. Safety: Monitor the home environment for fall risks and assist with safe transfers (e.g., from bed to chair). Observe and report any changes in the client's physical, mental, or emotional condition to the supervising nurse or office staff.
