Hours and Pay: Schedule: PRN , Nights 7p-7:30a Hourly Rate: $17.50 Job Description Assists residents with activities of daily living Accurately and safely prepares and administers oral, ophthalmic, optic, nasal, rectal, and topical medications prescribed by the physician. Verifies the identity of the resident before administering medication or treatment; checks the medication three times before administering for correct resident, drug, and dosage, form, route, and accurate time and frequency (e.g. 1 hour after meals) Ensures that all medications administered are properly labeled.
