We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate is someone who is hard-working, reliable, flexible, and compassionate. Paid training is provided.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of resident care practices and safety protocols.

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Medication assistance
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Document resident progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
