POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently hiring Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide in-home support for clients located in Fredericksburg, VA. This is a rewarding opportunity for dependable, caring individuals who are committed to making a difference in someone’s daily life.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid PCA Certification, or equivalent (CNA, HHA)
• CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Negative TB test (within the past 12 months)
• Reliable transportation and valid ID
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required

• Assist with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.)
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Companionship and emotional support
• Monitoring and reporting changes in the client’s condition
• Following individualized care plans and documenting services provided
