We are seeking an experienced High-Level PCB Assembler to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with strong rework and soldering expertise who can build, modify, and repair complex printed circuit board assemblies to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Build through-hole (THT) and surface mount (SMT) PCB assemblies per controlled documentation * Perform rework and repair of PCB assemblies, including trace cuts and jumper additions * Hand-solder SMT and THT components to IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards * Wire and solder prototypes and complex assemblies of unique designs * Operate equipment such as aqueous cleaners and component placement tools * Assist with wave solder and selective solder processes * Cut, form, and manually place components * Assemble chassis and electromechanical components using various hardware * Recommend documentation improvements to enhance quality and efficiency * Provide guidance and support to PCB Assembler I & II team members * Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and workmanship guidelines Qualifications & Skills * Advanced ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation * Strong component identification knowledge * Proven soldering skills meeting IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards * Experience with PCB rework (SMT & THT) and rework soldering equipment * Proficiency using SN63, SN96, and HMP solder materials * Ability to assemble medium to highly complex electronic assemblies * Strong attention to detail in high-volume, precision-driven environments * Ability to handle small, delicate components with accuracy * Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Required Education & Experience * High School Diploma or GED * Minimum of 5 years of PCB assembly experience (including rework) Why You’ll Love Working Here * Competitive pay and great benefits— including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off * Be part of a company that’s growing, changing, and full of new opportunities * A supportive, team-focused culture where your ideas matter * Meaningful work that impacts industries making a difference in the world Intervala utilizes and/or develops certain technologies which are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
