Description

A superb opportunity for someone to join a fast growing and leading provider of Fire Detection Control Systems and related equipment. You will join a highly qualified and experienced team and enjoy a challenging environment. All training will be provided. The role will be based in the company’s Production facility in West Drayton.
Reporting to: Production Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production process by performing various tasks as assigned.
  • Production of Fire Alarm products and associated equipment start to finish product. i.e. PCB assembly, Building control panel, Packing, Testing etc. Please note Training will be provided.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and safety
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Any other duties as required by the Manager.

Experience:

  • Soldering ability
  • Ability to use basic hand tools, screwdrivers, pliers, cutters, soldering iron etc.
  • Ability to read assembly drawings and follow instructions or copy sample units
  • Neat and methodical approach to work
  • Electro mechanical assembly and soldering experience preferred
  • Willing to learn new skills, quick learner and flexible to work in all production areas.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
