What will you do? Lead PCB Assembly (PCBA) industrialization activities for new product development, evolution, and industrial transformation projects. Ensure manufacturing feasibility and process qualification in line with manufacturability guidelines. Act as project leader for PCBA industrialization, ensuring timely delivery of tools, reports, and prototypes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Assembly, Project Management, and Suppliers. Support product costing and project budget estimation and tracking. Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM), tooling specifications, cost estimation, and documentation (e.g., reports, work instructions). Provide technical expertise locally and regionally to electronics factories and EMS partners. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Engineering or bachelor’s degree in electronic science or a related specialty is required. Experience in electronics industrialization, particularly in PCB Assembly. Good English language skills. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams across multiple European locations. Ability to lead projects and manage deliverables within budget and timeline. Technical expertise in manufacturing processes, tooling, and qualification. Familiarity with product costing and industrial documentation.
