Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced PCB/Flexible Circuits Physical Design Technician to support the design and development of high-density printed circuit boards (PCBs) and flexible circuits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PCB layout using Cadence Allegro, along with experience collaborating across engineering disciplines to deliver custom designs that meet rigorous technical standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate of Applied Science degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PCB/flex circuit design using Cadence Allegro or similar tools
  • Minimum 5 years of programming experience, preferably in Python, SKILL, or similar languages
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with collaboration and communication platforms such as Slack, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical principles, layout techniques, and PCB/flex fabrication processes
  • Familiarity with mechanical and thermal engineering considerations in physical design
  • Experience using Git, GitHub, or other version control systems for design documentation

Responsibilities
