Description Scope: Advanced PCB provides electronic PCB assemblies to a variety of customers in the military, medical and commercial industries. The ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of best practices in the electronic assembly environment. We need highly motivated, well-organized individuals to join this dynamic, versatile and growing business. Job Responsibilities: Surface Mount and Thru Hole soldering Strong aptitude for electronic and mechanical assembly practices Familiar with structured BOMs, assembly drawings and kit identification Must be agile and able to work multiple projects Work well independently and in a group setting Able to meet tight deadlines Ability to work at a fast-paced environment Flexibility with scheduling Quality inspection experience a plus IPC A-610 or J-Std certification a plus SMT machine operator experience a plus Experience in Lean/6 Sigma a plus Requirements Requirements: Proven experience in PCB assembly and soldering, particularly in a production environment. IPC-A-610 or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Must have strong proficiency in both through-hole and surface mount soldering techniques. Familiarity with electronic components, circuit boards, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety procedures. Ability to work with small components and perform delicate soldering tasks with precision. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve soldering issues effectively. Good verbal and written communication skills for reporting and documenting work. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, as well as independently when required. Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination to handle small components and tools. Must be able to pass a through-hole soldering test to demonstrate competence in the required soldering techniques.
