JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma with 3 years’ relevant experience for Engineering Assistant level.
• Familiar with test system, debug and repair in PCBA environment.
• Soldering and desoldering skill of components up to BGA levels is necessary.
• Ability to read schematic diagram.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to produce consistent repair PCBA output per month.
• Good Knowledge in Analog and Digital Circuits.
• Effective communicator and team player who can work well in cross functional teams.

• Able to troubleshoot all products failure return in RMA.
• Debug and repair all customer product RMA rejects to component level.
• Able to work well in a cross functional team.
• Perform product testing and verification after repair.
• Provide real time feedback on the process related defects.
• Compile and provide monthly report on repair status.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by superior.
