Overview We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join the team! The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) serves as the key liaison for our patients and ensures a seamless and welcoming experience. In this role, the PCC will greet patients warmly, introduce them to our office, coordinate treatment services, and cultivate lasting relationships. The PCC must possess exceptional communication skills, a genuine passion for outstanding customer service, and a talent for sales.
