Able to take decision based on situations. Job Role : penetration and convert opportunity for Yokogawa products. Business promotion of new directions / technologies of Yokogawa in O&G, Power, Fertilizers, Water, Pharma, Automobiles and Chemical Industries etc from the assigned area. Generation of new enquiry based on understanding customer paint points. Developing new customers. Able to take initiative in competition account for promotion of products. Able to technically differentiate between YIL and competition products and ensure profitable business. Clean order transfer. Shall be responsible for receivables. Key Responsibilities: Achieve assign sales target. Present, promote and sell products/services using to existing and prospective customers Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Continuously improve through feedback Graduate Engineer preferably in Instrumentation with 5-7 years of experience in product selling including transmitters, flow meters, analysers, digitalization etc. Knowledge of customer base from Mumbai region will be an added advantage.
