Description

Responsibilities

You ensure the consistency in the application of technical and operational standards at the site and coordinate these (e.g., cross-departmental harmonization of techniques and working methods for maintenance in laboratories, greenhouses, energy, and infrastructure)
You plan, implement, and monitor investment measures and participate in the planning and execution of larger investments
You ensure compliance with local technical and legal regulations as well as the company’s guidelines in the field of process control technology
You identify, evaluate, and carry out process control technology modifications, resolve issues related to process control technology in the facility (e.g., process control devices, installation technology), and initiate improvements to minimize failures
You create and maintain the necessary technical documentation in the area of process control technology
You are proficient in using the building management system Siemens Desigo CC as well as the automation system ABB Freelance
You have knowledge in the area of controls (Siemens S7) and safety controls (Hima)
Additionally, you coordinate internal and external service providers and actively participate in regional and global expert groups at Bayer
