MUST HAVE: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires Bachelor Degree
  • Requires minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related Field.
  • Proven experience in project management or a similar role in regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of change control processes and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities
  • Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products, processes and therapies.
  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
  • Manages the development and implementation process of a company’s products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products and processes.
  • Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
  • Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
  • Gathers requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of project’s key stakeholders.
  • Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems
  • Change Management: Develop, maintain, and own program change documents. Facilitate the change control process to ensure all changes are documented, approved, and implemented effectively.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate the execution of multiple projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and resources. Ensure alignment with project goals and objectives within a program.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain operating mechanisms to ensure smooth program execution and monitoring. Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize project Milestones to ensure efficient workflow and execution. Provide regular updates on project status and progress to stakeholders.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between program managers, project analysts, project teams, and stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to achieve project objectives.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including change logs, project plans, and status reports
