Description

About this Position Product development thermal management material for electronic consume and edge devices. Provide support to customers and internal team including manufacturing and TCS/Sales for existing thermal product line. Daily lab 5s maintenance. What you´ll do Develop new products to meet customer requirements within an agreed timeline. Responsible for communication, documentation and report of laboratory research work, patent writing. Support product development engineer for scale-up, process optimization and quality improvement. Support application engineer and business on technical problem solving if required. Follow Henkel SHE/5s rules. What makes you a good fit Master or above degree, with at least 3-5 relevant years working experience in product development. Thermal management project experience is preferred, or silicones/fillers background are also considered. Good communication skills and cross functional collaboration skills. Good sense of overcoming difficulties/solving problems. Workable in English communication.
