Description
The overview of the role with its primary function is to be responsible for developing and managing the PDSS business in Korea (Overseas EPC, Local EPC, and Local Industries) through driving and supporting the channels and also exploring, identifying, and leading new opportunities developing new channels and customers to grow the business. Develop customers/channels from EPC projects & opportunities in Korea and Industries (Especially Chemical, O&G, Steel, Semi-Conductor, and Automobile) Manage and support the existing channels and the customers on all technical and commercial matters. Develop the sales growth strategies for the new products and solutions in Korea. Liaise with product line managers to obtain the best support providing to the channels/customers in Korea. Feedback the market information such as market trends, customers' needs, and competition activities in Korea. Establish the sales budget and profit planning of Korea. Provide the monthly/rolling sales and order forecast of Korea to the region and the supervisor. Work with Customer Support Representatives in Korea to ensure prompt FAT, shipments, and services. Provide weekly business update report to & meeting with supervisor Provide technical support including customized solutions to meet customers' needs and respond to questions from customers in Korea. Develop, propose, and initiate the promotion of the products and the solutions in Korea such as hosting seminars and participating in trade shows. Liaise with Credit department for Payment terms and Credit lines of channels & customers. Organize training to the channels in Korea for Foreign Corruption Practice Acts and Business Ethics. Liaise with Inside sales representative, customer service representative, and application engineer to finalize quotations with solutions for customers. Bachelor's degree, majoring in Electrical Engineering 10~15 Years related experience Significant technical knowledges of Electrical products and solutions such as MV & LV Switchgears, Transformers, and Protective Solutions for Switchgears and Transformers. Proactive and Self-motivated under a variety of challenging circumstances Transparent, On time communication with, and reporting to supervisor Strategic thinking skills with creativity Taking Initiative with strong leadership and passion to explore new business Good interpersonal skills and communication skills Decent level of Speaking and Writing skills in English for communication.
