What you’ll do: As Sales Manager, PDSS Thailand, you’ll be the driving force behind Eaton’s expansion in Thailand’s utility and renewable energy markets. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership to grow our Power Distribution Systems & Services (PDSS) business, focusing on capacitors, transformers, and grid resilience solutions. You’ll shape market strategies, empower channel partners, and directly contribute to Thailand’s clean energy future. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Develop and execute sales strategies to dominate Thailand’s utility, renewable energy, and industrial markets. Drive annual sales budgets, profit planning, and market penetration goals. Customer & Channel Excellence Build and manage relationships with key distributors, utilities, and renewable leaders. Mentor channel partners to maximize performance, resolve conflicts, and align with Eaton’s ethical standards. Deliver technical training on Eaton’s PDSS solutions (e.g., capacitor banks, grid automation) to partners and customers. Innovation & Growth Identify untapped opportunities in emerging sectors like solar, wind, and EV infrastructure. Lead seminars, trade shows, and campaigns to showcase Eaton’s next-gen solutions. Operational Execution Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to deliver customized solutions on time. Provide real-time market intelligence on competitors and industry trends. Compliance & Ethics Ensure 100% adherence to Eaton’s anti-corruption policies and sustainability commitments. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have the following: Experience: 6–14 years in technical sales, preferably within power capacitors, transformers, or utility solutions (Nissin, ABB, Siemens Energy, or similar). Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of power transmission, distribution networks, and renewable energy systems. Leadership: Proven ability to inspire teams, negotiate with C-suite stakeholders, and navigate complex markets. Communication: Fluent English and Thai (written/spoken) with polished presentation skills. Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and champions innovation.
