• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Specialism in Physical Education (Female PE Teacher required for curriculum balance).
• Passion for sport and fitness, with the ability to inspire and motivate secondary-aged pupils.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to professional development and a collaborative approach.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are working with a thriving mainstream secondary school in Southwark who are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Female PE Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to deliver high-quality Physical Education lessons, motivate students of all abilities, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
The role is full-time, initially offered on a long-term basis, with the strong possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Foster a positive learning environment where all students are encouraged to achieve their full potential.
• Promote healthy lifestyles and teamwork through both curriculum and extracurricular activities.
• Contribute to the development of the PE department and whole-school initiatives.
• Uphold the school’s ethos and commitment to safeguarding and student well-being.
