Become part of our global team: You make the difference - YOUMAKEUS   Job description Project Role: Python Engineer Project Role Description: Develop, Design, build and configure python code libraries to build comprehensive vehicle models Work Experience: 4-6 years   Technical Experience: · Python Syntax and Semantics: Ideally 3 years or more of work experience with Python. Understanding of Python syntax and semantics is fundamental. This includes knowledge of variables, data types, operators, control flow, functions, classes and objects, modules, and exceptions. · Vehicle Fundamentals: Experience in automotive, preferably on vehicle level of trucks or passenger vehicles. · Data Structures: Proficiency in built-in data structures like lists, tuples, sets, and dictionaries, as well as understanding of more advanced data structures like stacks, queues, and trees. · Libraries and Frameworks: Familiarity with popular Python libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib for data analysis. · Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Understanding of OOP concepts such as classes, objects, inheritance, and polymorphism, and how they are implemented in Python. The candidate should have contributed substantially to at least one object-oriented programming project. · Version Control/Git: Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, is essential for collaborating on projects. · Testing and Debugging: Ability to write unit tests using frameworks like pytest, and knowledge of debugging tools and techniques.   Bonus Skills: · Database Knowledge: Ability to interact with databases using Python, including SQL databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB. · Understanding of Web Technologies: Understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and protocols like HTTP/HTTPS is a bonus. · Matlab and Simulink · Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and algorithmic knowledge · Libraries and Frameworks: Django or Flask for web development
