ABOUT THE ROLE
The Fort McKay First Nation is seeking a motivated and multitasked oriented individual who is flexible and works well in a team environment to fill the temporary full-time position of Peace Officer (CPO 1). Fort McKay First Nation (FMFN) is committed to enhancing community standards with a focus on public safety and security, with risks to the community considered a threat. From risk assessment to service delivery, we work in partnership with the RCMP, local businesses, and organizations to provide integrated solutions to security challenges. We make a difference by helping our people live, work, and play in a safe and secure environment where they can thrive and prosper. This is a temporary position for approximately 8 months, located in Fort McKay, AB. The shift rotation will be 4 days on, 4 days off and may include a mix of day shifts and night shifts.
