Description

As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. Since 2011, our mission hasn’t changed — we’re here to stop breaches, and we’ve redefined modern security with the world’s most advanced AI-native platform. We work on large scale distributed systems, processing almost 3 trillion events per day and this traffic is growing daily. Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We’re also a mission-driven company. We cultivate a culture that gives every CrowdStriker both the flexibility and autonomy to own their careers. We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.
About the Role:
Are you passionate about cybersecurity and want to help shape the future of threat evaluation? Join CrowdStrike’s PEAK (Platform Evaluation and Attack Knowledge center) team as a Full Stack Developer, where you’ll be at the forefront of protecting organizations worldwide from sophisticated cyber threats.
In this role, you’ll combine the creativity of red teaming with the precision of software engineering to build innovative testing platforms that validate CrowdStrike’s industry-leading security products. You’ll develop automation frameworks that simulate real-world threats at scale, ensuring our products maintain their edge in an ever-evolving threat landscape.
As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate across multiple disciplines - from threat researchers and detection engineers to DevOps specialists and data scientists. Your work will directly impact product quality by creating sophisticated testing services that measure, analyze, and enhance our security products’ effectiveness against the latest attack techniques.
This is more than just a development role; it’s an opportunity to be part of a team that’s revolutionizing how security products are tested and validated, ultimately contributing to CrowdStrike’s mission to stop breaches and protect organizations worldwide.

  • Build scalable testing frameworks that integrate with CI/CD pipelines
  • Create and maintain RESTful APIs for test automation services
  • Implement AI-driven validation systems to analyze product performance
  • Collaborate with red team members to translate manual testing procedures into automated workflows
  • Develop dashboards and visualization tools for security testing metrics
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
  • Support and enhance existing testing infrastructure

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Golang, JavaScript, and at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
  • Knowledge of security testing methodologies and MITRE ATT&CK framework
  • Experience with REST API design and implementation
  • Strong SQL and NoSQL database experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Problem solving mindset with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Energetic “self starter” mentality with the ability to take ownership and be accountable for deliverables
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced, test-driven, collaborative and iterative programming environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to drive triage and cross-functional alignment.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with red teaming or penetration testing
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Knowledge of SIEM platforms
  • Familiarity with endpoint security products and threat detection
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and AI implementation
