We’re on the lookout for Peak Sales Assistants to join our Central Park team during our busiest and most exciting time of year.
The Role
As a Peak Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of Glue Store — creating memorable interactions, connecting customers with the latest product, and contributing to a high-performing, high-energy team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prioritising every customer and delivering standout service, every time
  • Engaging with customers through a fun, approachable and confident sales style
  • Supporting in-store operations including processing sales, returns, and gift vouchers
  • Sharing your product knowledge to help customers style their look
  • Assisting Department Managers and contributing to store-wide success
  • Following daily operational procedures including store opening and closing
  • Working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Contributing to a culture of accountability, positivity and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not essential)
  • A passion for fashion, culture and creating a next-level customer experience
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving store goals and KPIs
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and grow within a supportive environment
