  • Knowledge of department processes and SOPs
  • 2-4 years of warehouse experience with Manhattan 2013 or newer
  • Visual acuity to read labels, RF scanners and to maneuver throughout facility
  • Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Understands and displays basic troubleshooting concepts and processes
  • Understands the process flows for all functional areas in the DC operation
  • Understands the importance of adhering to security standards and the potential impacts to the brand due to security breach
  • Communicates, to the appropriate audiences, clearly and concisely, in written and oral formats about decisions, plans, and tasks in a timely manner
  • Demonstrates the understanding of target SLA’s for specific functional areas
  • Assist in testing for WMS system modifications and walk through the process operationally prior to install
  • Support in documentation updates for all WMS system changes (process maps, job aids and SOPs)
  • Assist with training of Floor Leaders and Supervisors on functional processes on the DC floor
  • Assist Technology with operational issues by providing clear and accurate information on process and/or system deficiencies
  • Testing, troubleshooting or repairing technical equipment (printers, RF devices, autobaggers, etc.)
  • Liaison between DC floor end users and the Technology support team on site or remote
  • Support administrative tasks when issues do not persist. Tasks will support throughput, SLA and process improvements
  • Any and all duties as assigned by manager
