For our Montessori Children's House in Munich we are looking for a Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d)

Full-time (39h/week)

This is what we want from you:

• A recognised qualification as a pedagogical specialist, e.g. as a kindergarten teacher
• Interest in Montessori education
• Enjoyment of inclusive work with children
• Independent, team-oriented and approachable way of working

This is what we offer you:

• Permanent employment according to TVöD SuE (S8b) with attractive allowances
• 30 days of vacation plus 2 days of regeneration
• 9 hours of disposal time per week
• Regular supervision and collegial advice
• 5 training days per year and financial support from Montessori
• Further training
• Childcare hours from 07:30 to 14:30
• Working in the Montessori concept

In two groups, 15 children are each accompanied by four teachers, including five children with increased support needs.
