POSITION REQUIRES A MASTER’S DEGREE IN SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY, ELIGIBILITY TO BEGIN THE CLINICAL FELLOWSHIP YEAR (CFY) UNDER ASHA SUPERVISION, AND ELIGIBLE FOR STATE LICENSURE AS A SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST.

A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the current school year at a K-12 school located in Lebanon, MO. This role is ideal for an SLP who values working directly with students and prefers an onsite work environment. The position offers a caseload focused on either elementary or high school students, providing a rewarding chance to impact childrens communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
  • Experience or specialization in pediatric speech therapy.
  • Familiarity with school-based speech therapy and understanding of educational regulations.
  • Ability to work onsite, engaging directly with students and school staff.
  • Preferred experience with teletherapy and clinical fellowship year (CFY) completed or in progress.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech and language assessments and deliver therapy to students in need within the school setting.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Document and track student progress in accordance with school and state guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with families regarding student progress.
  • Maintain a caseload that supports either elementary or high school students, depending on assignment.
